We have been providing dealers with leads for over two years and our leads convert to sales at about 8%. This means that it costs about $175.00 to sell one forklift. Question: What happens when I get a bad lead?
Answer: These leads are generated from the internet so there will be some bad leads (tire kickers, wrong phone numbers, etc.). Email these leads back to us for immediate credit. You will only pay for leads where there are actual buyers.
Question: How do you charge for these leads?
Answer: The cost is $15.00 for each qualified lead. You do not pre-pay for these leads. Rather, you will be billed at the end of each calendar month for the total number of qualified leads you received. You have the option to pay by credit card or check. If you choose to pay by check, your payments are due net 15.
Question: How many leads can I expect?
Answer: Every territory is different, but we can provide you with a three-month average to give you an idea of what your budget will need to be. You also have the option to limit your lead count to any set number of leads you are comfortable with. Once you have used up your bundle, we will pause your account and restart it at the beginning of the new month.
Question: Is there any long-term contract I have to sign?
Answer: No, you cancel anytime. However, we ask that you give this program a legitimate chance. Historically, our dealers sell one forklift for every 12 leads or 7% conversion. This generally results in a 60% ROI. To maximize the chance of success, you will need to call each customer within a few hours of receiving the lead. If you do not reach the customer, we encourage you to call once per day for three consecutive days and email the customer once. If you cannot reach the customer, send the lead back to us and our salespeople will attempt to contact the customer for you. When we reach the customer, we will confirm their interest in purchasing a forklift and send them back to you.
Question: How many dealers get the same lead?
Answer: Every lead is sent to three dealers. This ensures that each customer will receive enough quotes to make an educated decision on their forklift purchase.
